Gorgeous, good budget property. Units with 2 beds. Location - convenient and peaceful so close to quiet Downton, and the the New Forest. Also, happy to believe the landlords version of events.

Really enjoyed our time here. The place deserved 3 stars. The staff were fairly friendly and the setting was unbeatable. This hotel was located in a new area. Large room, we had deluxe queen room, with a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and multi-channel television.
The room had uninspiring views.
